PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
The data processing is aimed at the release of tariff reductions pursuant to Regional Law 20/2008 and of the DGR 303/2019.
COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF DATA
Personal data is processed by employees of the Chamois Servizi srl, who act on the basis of specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of the processing.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The retention period is that suggested by current legislation on conservation, also for archiving purposes,
of administrative documents and, in any case, of compliance with the principles of lawfulness, necessity,
proportionality, as well as the purposes for which the data were collected.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
The interested party may at any time exercise the rights referred to in articles 15 and following. of the Regulation. In particular, it may request the rectification or deletion of personal data or the limitation of the processing of personal data or oppose the processing in the cases provided for therein, by sending the request
to the DPO of the Chamois Servizi srl, reachable to the addresses indicated in this statement.

If the interested party considers that the processing of personal data has occurred in violation of the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, he has the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection
